Ayotunde Oso
Founder & Managing Director
Ayotunde founded BOAZ AGRO LIMITED in 2026 with a simple conviction: that Nigeria's agricultural potential is best unlocked by a single enterprise that owns the whole chain — from the soil to the export dock — rather than leaving farmers to face fragmented markets alone. Starting from the company's first plots, the focus has been on proving a model built for scale before chasing scale itself: sound agronomy, disciplined recordkeeping, and technology that pays for itself in the first season.
Why BOAZ AGRO
The name reflects the ambition behind the company: a single, vertically integrated enterprise spanning 10 business divisions — from crop farming and livestock through processing, fertilizer, cold chain, and export — so that value created at the farm gate isn't lost to middlemen along the way.
BOAZ AGRO is still early in that journey — 5 hectares under cultivation across 2 states today, with a working farm-to-market platform and a growing base of smallholder partners. The plan is to prove the model works at this scale before scaling it further.
